Love Mrs Renfro's. Tried most of the flavors at this point and they're all delicious.

I've said it before on this sub and I'll say it again. I'm in love with her Green salsa. It's just so damn versatile. Not super spicy but can go with anything. Try it in spaghetti sauce, c'est magnifique!

Idk if I had a bad batch, but I thought their ghost salsa was awful. Kinda tasted like dirt. Everything else they make is great, though. Especially the habanero and salsa verde.

I tried the queso and thought it tasted like vomit, but that's the extent of my experience with the brand. YMMV, obviously :)

I was so disappointed by the queso. All of their salsa is great, especially the ghost pepper, but the queso is disgusting. I ate maybe a third of the jar before I threw it out. I'm not sure why they even make the product at all. What's wrong with the taste buds of the people who buy it?

I agree, the queso is crap. I've found that to be true of pretty much any commercial queso in a jar. I think it has to be so heavily processed in order to be shelf stable that it really becomes more of a "goopy cheese substitute product".

Just got this a few weeks ago and I put it on all my tacos and have it with chips, so delicious.

I've got half a jar of that in the back of my fridge. It calls me names told me once if i didn't eat it it would steal my wife.

Not HOT!!! like the label claims, but it's got a fairly palpable level of spiciness and it tastes better than many other salsas I've had. Just wish it was a little chunkier.

Mrs. Renfro's Mango Habanero salsa isn't nearly as hot but it's a bit chunkier and incredibly sweet and delicious.

One of my other favorite store-bought salsas is from a brand called Mateo's. Has a bit of a garlicy/smokey flavor to it, decent heat, and great flavor. Not too chunky, but I wouldn't say it's that thin either.

Compared to their other stuff it is, I'm pretty sure it's their hottest product.

I agree, not that hot. As far as chunky, I chop up some tomatoes and onions and add it.

I've got a jar of that in my fridge. Its pretty good. Nice heat to it.

This goes great on reheated fried chicken. It's probably good on fresh fried chicken too, but I wouldn't know. :)

Everyone saying this stuff isn't hot is just silly. It's extremely hot. Give this stuff to someone who doesn't like spicy, watch them go nuts, then get back to me.
